F-1Careers provides educational career information, planning tools, employer intelligence, and community features for international students, professionals, employers, and universities. The service does not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using it.

2. No guarantees

F-1Careers does not guarantee employment, sponsorship, visa approval, or any immigration outcome. Employer intelligence reflects signals and community reports and may be incomplete or outdated.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Role-specific features (employer, university, mentor) require verification.

4. Acceptable use

See our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited: harassment, false employer reviews, scraping, attempts to identify anonymous community members, and misrepresentation of work authorization.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. One-time products are delivered digitally. Refund terms to be specified per product.

6. Content

You retain rights to content you post and grant F-1Careers a license to display it within the service. We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms.

7. Liability

Standard limitation-of-liability and disclaimer-of-warranties clauses to be inserted by counsel.
